But even if that were possible,

See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands.
Always in my mind is a picture of Jerusalem’s walls in ruins.
Back in the day, I remember writing something in the middle of my palm with a pen, so I wouldn’t forget it. But sometimes, I would forget and wash my hands and what would happen down the drain goes that very important number or note. However, when I read this scripture all I could think of was the permanent nature of a tattoo. (This is not the post about whether its biblical or not). All the versions I read illustrate the permanency and importance of placing our names in the palms of His hands. It also made me think that, everything he is doing, he has to be mindful about us because, Ta Dah!, he sees our names as a constant reminder… I just wanted to give a quick context for this blog post, as you read further.
As we navigate through life, occasions like Mother’s Day can evoke a myriad of emotions, including joy, gratitude, and sometimes, even pain. While many of us are fortunate to have experienced the nurturing love of a mother, there are those among us who may not have had that privilege.
